Rocklin is a very desirable area just outside the city traffic and yet short minutes away from major hospitals such as
Kaiser and Sutter Roseville Medical Cente. Also nearby are all the big-name supermarkets and mega-stores
such as Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Home Depot, the Roseville Galleria, The Fountains shopping mall and
many more. Golf courses abound in the area, and not far away is Folsom Lake, American and Sacramento
Rivers, and the Sierra Foothills. Play at the Thunder Valley Indian Casino close by, or be in Reno / Lake Tahoe
in less than a couple hours.
We play Bingo here, as well as card games, and also have other activities. There is a large swimming pool and
picnic area by the creek. RV storage is also available for park residents.

Rocklin Estates (Formerly known as Rocklin Mobile Home Park) is an adult
community of manufactured homes that has been family owned and managed
for over 30 years. Rocklin has been named one of the top ten best places to

for several years. Park owner-
manager Frank Sigrist, has been
purchasing the older mobile homes
as they become available, and
removing them from the park.

Mr. Sigrist learned immediately that when a dealer brought a new
manufactured home into the park, it was not necessarily an upgrade to the
community. A new "box" was still a box. He then became a dealer and
formed Sigrist Homes so he could take control of the quality of the home
ordered and the on-site finishing construction. A personal pride is evident in
every new manufactured home that is offered for sale (Check out the
"Before and After" link in the Park Pictures page). Consider the advantages
of buying a home from a dealer that can't "disappear" after the sale. We also
design our homes for the highest energy efficiency and being *GREEN* our
central focus!
